You can get help in all problems related to the use of the gLite software, discuss problems and ideas by joining the wide and subscribing to the discussion mailing list glite-discuss@cern.ch. Please see here for details.

If you are experiencing problems with the gLite software please contact the Global Grid User Support (GGUS) You will need to create an account or have a valid digital certificate.

If you have found bug that you would like to report, please go to our Bug reporting engine savannah however to avoid spam you need to register an account there.
